Elan offers Online Consultations through Email or Mail when an on-site visit is not possible or desired.

You can collect the information needed at your own pace and then send it to Elan via email or postal service.

Questionnaire 

In order to serve you best, please provide Elan with as much of the following information as possible:

1. Floor plan or sketch with measurements of room (length, width, height), indicating doors, windows, fireplaces and/or permanent fixtures that break up a wall space.
2. Photos of room, 1 (one) from each direction if possible.
3. Style choices, ie modern, classic, provincial, eclectic, western, etc.
4. Please indicate if you would like to include any existing furniture , if you would like it refurbished or not, and if possible, provide the dimensions (height, width, depth). You can show the furniture in the photos of the room or as a separate photo.
5. One to three (1 to 3) favorite colors that you would like to live with.
6. One to three (1 to 3) colors you do not like.
7. Who will being using this living space, ie young or elderly adults, or children only, family with children, physically challenged.
8. Casual or formal setting.
9. Budget for the room. 
10. How you would like your Presentation sent to you: per mail or e-mail.
11. Any other information you feel may be pertinent to help personalize this project.

Terms and Conditions

Consultation Presentation

Depending on the project, Elan will provide, per mail or email, a floorplan designating placement of furniture, suggested pieces of furniture and/or accessories that would be appropriate within the space, and color and/or material specifications. Whenever possible, the name of the furniture, color, material and accessory suppliers will be given as well as the approximate pricing.

Timeframe

Elan will do it's best to expedite your Presentation. Due to volume it may take up to six (6) weeks to receive your Presentation. If any unforeseeable delays occur, Elan will contact you immediately.

Fees 

Room up to 40  m²/430 square feet. SFR175.-

Room larger than 40 m²/430 sq ft to 55 m²/540 sq ft. SFR225.-

Room larger than 55  m²/540 sq ft - Please contact Elan for details.

Payment

Payment to Elan is due upon receipt of the Presentation. An invoice will be sent together with the Presentation.

Restrictions

Please note that Elan does not provide architectural changes to the structure of the space, i.e. removing or moving walls, doors and windows. If structural amendments are requested, Elan can recommend architects to you or work with an architect of your choice.

Projects encompassing a whole residence are not feasible without visiting the site. 

Elan cannot be held legally liable for any discrepancies in  the presentation, prices, colors, materials, availability of furnishings and accessories, and/or any other unforseen issues and technicalities that may arise.
